Key to succeeding at the sport of hockey is to have a thorough understanding of the game and it’s game success strategies. Confidence and mental focus are the most important enablers that all high level players display and they should be the cornerstone of any hockey development program.

On-ice Training

CHARGERS spring training sessions are organized to give each participant individual feedback on personal skills development and how to implement improved  skills in game play situations. Teams participate in tournament play as well as skills development.

Dry Land Training

  • Speed & Agility

  • Conditioning

  • Stamina & Strength

CHARGERS dry land training focuses on developing the physicality needed specifically to excel at the game of hockey. All participants are assessed individually and work toward their best result in a group setting. The goal is to understand the best training cycles and types of movements that will be of the most benefit in that cycle. Dry land training will be offered in conjunction with on ice skills development dependent upon age group.
